ABOUT

THE NUTRITION COACH

My mission is to help everyday people from stay-at-home moms to on-the-go executives fuel their lives with real food. I truly believe that there is no such thing as an inherently ‘bad’ food and that fad diets cause more harm than good.

Whether working on PRs in the gym, running a marathon, training to walk your first 5k, or spinning your wheels trying to make it through another day of back-to-back meetings, you will benefit from incorporating these nutrition principles into your routine. My goal is to teach you how to use science-based nutrition techniques to feel and perform at your best.

I developed a passion for nutrition over many decades of sports and training and completed my MSc in Food, Nutrition & Heath at University College Dublin. I’ve always been an avid exerciser, but before becoming a Registered Nutritionist, I didn’t pay much attention to the science behind nutrition and performance. Sure, I ate healthy foods, but I didn’t think about how the foods I ate affected my overall performance, not only as an athlete but as a mom, as a wife, and in the workplace.

Food is fuel. Fuel for your body AND fuel for your brain. What you put in your body is as much a factor in your professional endeavors as it is in athletic endeavors.  No one can “go the distance” professionally or athletically without knowing how to fuel, recover, and properly hydrate.

MY MISSION

My mission is to help everyday people, from stay-at-home moms to busy executives, fuel their lives with real food. I believe in using science-based nutrition techniques to enhance performance and well-being, whether in the gym, the boardroom, or everyday life.

By focusing on sustainable, balanced eating, rather than fad diets.

I aim to empower you to feel and perform at your best.
